further increasing heat dissipation by 30% through a "tunnel effect." Push-button control unit fully sealed to IP65 standard (protected against dust and water splashes), operating on a 48-volt control circuit, and equipped with an EMERGENCY STOP button.

Motor and Gearbox Features
The motor is made of aluminum and features a cooling fan on the wire rope drum that boosts heat dissipation efficiency by up to 30%. The motor itself is fully enclosed to IP55 standard and uses a D.C. Disk Brake that requires no adjustment throughout its service life. The motor windings use Class F insulation, withstanding temperatures ofup to 155°C, and are fitted with a thermistor that cuts power when temperatures exceed 120°C. A phase protection system is also included to further enhance operational safety. The unit also comes with a 3-stage helical gearbox that is hardened and runs in an oil bath requiring no oil changes for the life of the unit.
