The Power House Crane is a critical piece of equipment for the installation, removal, replacement, and maintenance of power-generating turbines, as well as other major equipment within a power plant. Given the project's complex engineering requirements, the engineering team at EUROCRANE (ASIA) developed and designed a specialized solution to meet the project's specific demands, with the following key features:

1. High Lifting Capacity
The high-performance electric hoist system was designed to support a maximum lifting capacity of 60/12.5 tons with an 11-meter span, enabling the efficient lifting and handling of critical equipment within the power plant.

2. True Vertical Lift
The wire rope reeving system and drum were specially designed to help ensure that the hook travels vertically while maintaining a centered position during lifting and traveling operations. This provides greater precision when installing critical turbine components while enhancing operational safety.

3. Extended Vertical Lifting Range
The crane system is capable of lifting the Rotor from the turbine installation area located more than 33 meters below the upper floor level in a continuous one-shot lift. This improves the efficiency of handling large and heavy components while reducing the number of lifting operations required.
